We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and are eager to answer any questions you may have about our ZodiacDog products. We would be happy to assist you when placing an order online or phone.
Here is some information to help you when doing business with us:
- Please refer to our website for retail and wholesale pricing. Our wholesale minimum is $100 for the first order and $50 minimum reorder.
- We ship USPS flat rate unless given special instructions to ship an alternative method.
- If you pay by credit card we do not charge your credit card until the day your order ships. Charges will appear on your statement as ZodiacDog.com LLC, our legal company name.
- Net 30 day terms are offered on approved credit. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
- Because we custom make products to order, regular lead-time for most orders is approximately 5 business days, 10 for larger orders.
- Please let us know if you accept backorders. If necessary we will ship incomplete to ensure you receive your order in a reasonable length of time.
- Our customer service department is open Monday through Friday 9:00a.m.to 5:00p.m.

- Claims for defective merchandise, shortages and errors in shipment or merchandise damaged must be made within 3 days of receipt of order.
